The rails were taken out not too long ago, but there's still one cantilever with 12"x24" lights, a mechanical bell, and even a gate is left here! All the rest of the signals have been removed!

 

There's even a "EXEMPT" sign underneath the 12"x24" lights in picture 1 to show that the tracks no longer exist.

 

Picture 2 shows the path that the tracks used to take.

 

According to Google maps, the tracks end just Southeast of the Geele #2 crossing, then start up again around Maryland Ave. just northeast of the Broadway Ave crossing. This crossing is right in between where the tracks end.
