These 12"x24" signals have some odd qualities.
The eastern signal shown in picture 1 has a Griswold base, while the western signal in picture 2 is a standard Safetran gate mechanism.
The western signal has a Safetran Mechanical bell on it.
Also, the 12"x24" lights have dotted L.E.D. lights in them. They look like the type that fades in and out. |

This crossing is due to be upgraded soon so that traffic lights can be installed at the stop sign intersection.
Google Street View has shown that the crossing has been upgraded to traffic lights, 3 lanes with a median, along with 1 cantilever with gates, 2 gated signals, and 2 electronic bells, very similar to what Chicory Rd. was upgraded to.
