There's one WRRS Harpes wigwag here on the wrong side of the street. Union Pacific seems to own the crossing, but the FRA lists the owner as Wisconsin & Southern as of February 2005.
This track looks like it's in very bad shape. Take a look at the weeds on the other side of the crossing in picture 4. |

Well, either WS, or UP finally came out and took the old wigwag out of service and stuck a "TRACKS OUT OF SERVICE" Sign on the mast where the wigwag used to be. The relay case still exists as seen in picture 5.
