These are my favorite types of 12"x20" lights. These lights belong to MI, and have ball L.E.D. lights inside them.

There's one mechanical bell seen in pictures 3 and 4.

 

The only flaw with this crossing is the turned left light in picture 1.

 

According to the FRA, this crossing used to be an underpass until October, 1981. It then became an at-grade crossing with 2 crossbucks for a short time. In April, 1982, these signals came in, and have been here ever since.

 

During the heavy peak on this crossing in 1994, this crossing used to get 3 daily trains, now it's down to only 1 train per week!
