Wait a minute.... Look at the rocks in picture 10... Those look like they're blocking off traffic, and as Google Street View shows, I'm right:
I don't even know if the signals are still connected to the relay case, or if the case still has any power to it.
The FRA's inventory report isn't much help either. It says the crossing was created in 2004 and is a private crossing and is still active. Not much else is helpful on the report.
