It has a US&S model 75 gate mechanism.

These 8" lights are from Safetran. There's also at least 1 pair of GRS brackets.
The cantilever is from Harmon.

The main lights are GRS plastic 8" lights. The side lights are Safetran 8".
This cantilever signal has a Safetran gate mechanism.
Also on this gate is a Safetran Hybrid bell.

The cantilever lights are also GRS 8" plastic LEX-C lights as well.
The gate lights are 4" incandescents.

I think it's safe to assume that the Safetran 8" lights used to be all GRS 8" plastic lights. All 8" lights are all incandescents.
