This means that I've had to stop the submission for some reason, whether it is to go to bed, or something that has me stop working on the submission for an extended period of time.

This means that I'm either waiting for more data to come in that was not sent in the first time, pictures were forgotten, or something else was not included that should've been sent in.

This means I had to stop the submission due to missing data. Either "WAITING" or "STOPPED" will show up, depending on the situation.
