In picture 5, notice how far back the signals are from the track, since there used to be a 2nd track here. You can still kind of see the lines in the pavement where the tracks were removed.

You can see the switch stand and the short piece of track that are all that's left of the 2nd track at this crossing in picture 8. That track used to curve into the loading dock area of the warehouse on the west side of the road.
This crossing is about a mile South of the Jupiter Rd. #1 crossing. There used to be 2 tracks here, but was converted to 1 track back in the 1980s.
According to Josh, this crossing malfunctions quite often. You can see the damage caused by what's likely a malfunction on the median signal facing the other way. The gate is gone. Someone probably didn't want to wait, but I really couldn't blame them.
Google Street View shows the crossing unchanged. You can see the small remains of the second track taken out in the 1980s.
