These signals are 8" lights. The signal on the left looks like it got a face lift, while the other looks rusted.
Take a look at the date, the date is three years too late. The year should read, "2000", not "2003".

Google Street View shows that these 8" signals have been ripped up and replaced with 12"x24" L.E.D. gated signals with double crossbucks and 2 electronic bells.
