"No Right Turn When Flashing" sign on SW-bound TX 78... sort of a cheap version of an illuminated "No Right Turn" sign. |

This gateless signal is sort of weird - it has a set of lights and a crossbuck aimed diagonally towards each direction of Hwy. 78 - it basically serves the same puropse that sidelights on the main signals would. |
