Again, due to my grandmother's health, I didn't get that many videos in the year 2001.
NOTE: ALL TRAINS ARE BNSF.
Beaver St. #1 - I took a video from the other side of the crossing. The only bad thing is that there isn't much visibility to follow the train to the crossing, so I just kept the camera on the signals. |
Beaver St. #2 - I stayed underneath a signal on this video. That's why the bells are very loud in this video. Two trains cross at almost the same time. |
Beaver St. #3 - After one short train finishes crossing, another longer train comes by right afterwards. |
Enterprise Rd. #1 - Kind of a standard video. This is the first time I took video of the 12" upgrade from the last set of 8" signals back in 1999. |
Enterprise Rd. #2 - A few minutes after the first train crossed, I got onto the other side, and got another train from the other side. The bells get drowned out in the end, so you can't hear them. |
Enterprise Rd. #3 - A somewhat unusual video. I yet again took another angle on this video. Also in the process, a small dog repeatedly barks at me from a car stopped at a crossing. You see me look away from the train during the first barks. I didn't know if it was on the outside. Later on, another small dog decides to get a piece of the action. |
Fanning Dr. #1 - I was way late at this crossing, so I decided to film it from the middle of the duration. |
Fanning Dr. #2 - A standard video taken from the other side of the tracks. |
San Francisco St. #1 - This was already in progress when I got here, but because it almost stopped, I got the end of this train. |
San Francisco St. #2 - A standard crossing this time, but this time, I followed the train until it disappeared. |
Seligman #1 - This crossing is almost in the middle of nowhere, but has unusually loud bells. |
Seligman #2 - After about 45 seconds after the last train passed, another one comes from the opposite direction. |
Steves Blvd. #1 - A standard video. Watch the traffic lights to see how they react when a train comes and goes. |
Steves Blvd. #2 - I was late again with this train. I always seem to get a train here when I don't expect it. |
Steves Blvd. #3 - The brightness isn't very good, because I'm facing in the direction of the sun. One crossing light is burned out in this video. |
REVIEWS
gtw4070@gmail.com: If it were not for the Seligman videos, I would call this Flagstaff Signals 2001. Still a cool DVD though. The Seligman videos were my favorites followed by the Enterprise videos. Those barking dogs in one of the Enterprise videos were cute and had me laughing! Good DVD!
Senko LKE: Yet another very kewl DVD packed with more Flagstaff videos, plus
the Seligman crossing videos. I liked alot the Seligman videos (specially #2) because of the scenario. Also, the Enterprise Rd. #3 was very, very funny,
because of the doggie barking at Mike. He's very cute! :) My favorite: Seligman #2, because of the scenario (middle of nowhere) and because the camera stayed more on the signals than on the train.
