I didn't get too many videos in the year 2000 due to my grandmother's failing health.
NOTE: ALL TRAINS ARE BNSF.
NOTE: FILES IN RED HAVE BAD AUDIO DUE TO HIGH WINDS.
Beaver St. - The video is a little jumpy in the beginning because this was the first video I shot with this newer camcorder in Flagstaff, and I was getting used to it. The BNSF heading west is going unusually slower than normal. |
Kirkland - This was my first time with a new camcorder. The 16x zoom on this thing is very sensitive, and that's why there's a lot of bouncing on the video. |
San Francisco St. #1 - A different angle provides another interesting view of an incoming westbound train. This train is longer than most are. |
San Francisco St. #2 - About a minute and a half after the first train leaves, another one sneaks up on me. This one is moving pretty fast. |
San Francisco St. #3 - One fast moving train and one very slow moving train makes this video very long. I'm standing underneath a signal, which is why the bells are so loud. It was hard for me to settle in at the beginning, and that's why I bounce around a few seconds. |
Skull Valley #1 - Taken in 2000, the signals got their mechanical bell upgrade. This train is from the Kirkland crossing on Disc 1. I beat it here by 45 seconds and got it crossing just in time. |
Skull Valley #2 - People talking in the beginning kind of ruined the beginning of the video. Otherwise, a good whistle while approaching. My older camcorder doesn't like zooming too fast and didn't focus too good when the train approached. |
Yavapai Rd. - A BNSF train crosses in Wickenburg. For some reason, the sound keeps dropping out during the recording. |
REVIEWS
gtw4070@gmail.com: Kind of a continuation of Arizona Signals. I like it, its cool.
Senko LKE: This DVD is somewhat of a continuation of the Arizona Signals DVD, except with more locations others than Flagstaff. I like the Skull Valley and Kirkland locations. They kind of compliment the Flagstaff videos.
My favorite: Skull Valley #2, because the crossing looks like it's in the middle of nowhere.
