ALL SIGNS ARE IN PNG FORMAT

This type of speed limit sign was very popular in the Arizona area during the late 1980s until the mid 1990s when the maximum speed limits were 55. These signs started disappearing once the speed limit was changing to 65 and 75.

The "SPEED LIMIT" font is in "E-type", and the numbers are in "C-type".

To my knowledge, this type of speed limit sign never went any higher than 55.
