Cantilevers angled wwith track

This is odd, and in my opinion is a bad idea safety wise, because the cantilever pole usually marks where you stop.

Here is another extreme example of this in Hammond, IN on the Norfolk Southern. It's so angled that the lights are installed on a 70-80 degree angle!
