The FRA says that the Reading & Northern's 3 tracks are defunct.

The Reading & Northern signals are active too. The side lights on the gateless signal are active, although the front lights are not. |
Note: This crossing functions like the Michigan crossings, where the rear lights shown in picture 8 will not activate unless a train does go on that track. Also the Reading & Northern's cantilevers appear to have WCH clear LEDs while the LEDs on the gateless signal are an unknown red type of LED.
