Yes, this is a two-way-street through here. There are no bells on either signal.
This is a small alley crossing that is in between 9th and 10th St.

Both signals have two backgrounds missing on each signal. I think that was done on purpose so that they wouldn't get hit by wide vehicles. Picture 4 shows a no left turn signal, and a yellow light with no background. |
