This is a strange crossing. It's underneath a bridge, which makes it hard to take pictures. This is a one-way street according to the way the signals are placed. The bells are electronic. I can't tell if the 12"x24" lights are L.E.D. or not. The gates are very tiny, and I'm surprised that 3 lights can make it on the little gate.
