From what I was told, this crossing is one of 2 public crossings within an 80 mile stretch! This crossing is gateless, which is a plus. The signal in picture 1 has 12"x20" Safetran incandescent lights and a WCH type 2 electronic bell.
The signal in picture 2 is shameful. UP foolishly put up a 24" disc on the left light. The bell here is a Safetran mechanical though. The signal is smaller in size than the signal in picture 1 is.

This crossing is on the outskirts of Portland. Kind of surprising to see all the grafitti in picture 5 in an area like this.
Note: The latest FRA report states that Amtrak uses these tracks. They haven't for a long time, although Amtrak could come back one of these days...
