This pedestrian crossing goes down in history as having a pair of really weird signals. There appear to be 12"x20" ball L.E.D. lights placed over and underneath the crossbuck. I asked why this was done, and I guess pedestrian signals like this are done all over the state of Oregon.

Both signals have two colored mechanical bells. These signals are kept really well. It would be interesting to see these in action, or hear in action as well.
