The FRA says this crossing is owned by the "Publishers Paper Newberg Division" railroad. P&W seems lots more likely.

12"x24" cantilevers with 2 mechanical bells, and an incorrect placed crossbuck on the mast cantilever signal.

This installation looks a bit newer than the one on First St. and has all Safetran equipment.
