Quite an old sign, and not completely readable, but it says that trains can legally block a crossing for only 10 minutes in the state of Oregon.

The signal shown in picture 2 is a little different than the signal in picture 3. The rear lights on picture 2 are mounted on the gate :( but the lights on the other signal in picture 3 are on the cantilever itself because the gate is a griswold-type gate.

BNSF owns the crossing, and UP has trackage rights.
