You'll notice that there's another mast signal to the right of U.S. 70. This is for Plum St. which parallels US 70, which has 2 gateless 12"x20" signals, and one Safetran mechanical bell.. Two Safetran mechanical bells are on the cantilevers. There are no rear lights on any of the signals except for Plum St.

The cantilever crossing is on a 50 MPH divided highway/freeway, and to keep traffic flow going, this crossing is exempt for truckers and school buses to stop. This is on a spur line, and likely doesn't get much traffic. Plum St. is not exempt though.
