These signals look like recent upgrades due to changing tracks from 2-3 (conflicting FRA reports) down to 1 track recently. These signals have all 12"x20" incandescent light which I think are from WCH, but I'm unsure with one bell, which is a GS electronic bell.

Here's the opposite signal with only 2 pairs of 12"x20" of what I think are WCH lights.

The DOT number for the crossing.

Even though Maxwell St. is mentioned on the DOT sign in picture 9, it doesn't cross Maxwell Street, so it's left out of the street name, just as it is on the FRA report.

Take a look at this warning sign! Who decided to put this up?

Pictures 1-10 were taken March 1, 2008.

On March 13, 2009, the crossing was caught malfunctioning. Conrail was called, and the problem was fixed.
