This is a very weird crossing. Four pedestrian gates with no gate lights, and 12"x24" signals with no crossbucks! When all 4 gates go down, no one can get through (unless they go over or under the gates).
The lights look like WCH 12"x24" incandescent lights. |

According to the FRA's records, this crossing was created in late 1995 or early 1996. The FRA report isn't much help.
