These are assumed to be manual controls for the signals, but by judging from picture 1 above, they don't work.

A look facing West again.

Note: This crossing can be viewed on Google Street View, and at
the time Street View was there, there were no crossbucks on these
signals. I guess they were taken down to show the track was out
of service, but now if some small trains are running through this
crossing again, then, I guess the signs went back up again. Even
though the signals are inactive, since some train traffic is going
across, I'm marking this crossing as open, as per the colored header
above.
