Both 8" signals have masts and gates apart from each other! That's a rare sight today! |
A faded 2 tracks sign. |
A pedestrian signal with 1 gate light. |
Here's the other signal, from the rear side first, then the front. |
A closeup. |
|
A close up of the other signal. |
I don't know if the bell is WRRS or WCH, but I'm leaning more towards WRRS. It's the only bell at the crossing. |
The relay case complete with a DOT number. |
All signal parts belong to WCH or WRRS.
I've been told that the mechanical bell doesn't clang when it rings.
*UPDATE: I found out from an Anonymous source that the pedestrian gate in picture 3 is actually a retired semaphore signal unit which was recycled as a pedestrian crossing gate mechanism!
The DOT number found on one of the signal masts. |
Another view of the semaphore signal turned pedestrian gate. |
A shot taken in between one of the signals and the gate. |
Closeups of one of the signals.
|
Another closeup of the other signal. |
