Picture 21 shows something very interesting. Before Metrolink came around, this line was owned by Norfolk Southern, and had the DOT number shown above. NS abandoned this line, and Metrolink bought it, and is running their trains on it now, and due to that, Metrolink does not use DOT numbers. So that means that the DOT number above is retired, and is no longer active.
