This crossing is a pretty unused spur line by UP, although there has been recent construction out here. The grade is now cement. The old grade was wooden.

 

Also note that this crossing is in a quiet zone. This is pretty recent, as this crossing on Google Street View does not show the quiet zone signs, or even advance warning signs at the time they went through there.
