Picture 1 shows a defunct crossbuck with a triangle 2 tracks sign. There was another crossbuck with a triangle 2 tracks sign protecting the North side of the crossing, but it's gone missing.
The FRA says the crossing was created in late 1976, and as of 2008 says the crossing is still in service, and IS in a QUIET ZONE! Also, no report makes of 2 tracks. All reports only mention 1 side track. Not two.
