There are a total of 3 gated signals here. The one seen in picture 4 has all 12"x20" lights and no bell. I've been told that the right front light is a GRS plastic light, although it doesn't show up very well.
The other 2 signals have mechanical bells. On the right signal in picture 1, the front two lights are 12"x20". The left rear light is 12"x24" as seen in picture 2. The right rear light is 12"x20".
As for the right signal in picture 2, both front lights are 12"x24". The left rear light is also 12"x24". The right rear light is 12"x20" as seen in picture 3.

Other notes: I wasn't told the status of the mechanical bells, but this crossing is at a quiet zone. Train horns aren't allowed to blow their horns, although there have been Amtrak trains that have blown their horns.
This crossing used to get LOTS more activity than this during the 1990s with up to 62 daily trains.
All FRA reports say that there are 3 tracks here, where there are CLEARLY two.
