The FRA makes 3 errors with this report. The crossing is still shown as active. The report also says the crossing is on State Route 100, which is untrue. Also, as of 2008, the FRA says there is 14 daily trains!

This is where the lone crossbuck seen in Chouteau Ave. #1 is at. You can see that there's no way that UP trains can use these tracks again...
This crossing is in a quiet zone (so it says...). Trains cannot sound their horns at this crossing, like they can anyway...
