The FRA makes an error with this report. The report says the crossing is on State Route 100, which is untrue. State Route 100 ends down the street seen in picture 3.

This crossing doesn't look too much out of the ordinary. There's 7 pairs of 12"x20" (likely WCH) incandescent lights, and 2 mechanical bells. The mast seen in picture 1 is rather large though.
You can see a train pictured on the big bridge in picture 1 to the left.
You can see a lone crossbuck in the distance in pictures 2 and 3. That's the Chouteau Ave. #2 crossing.
