Note 1: This area floods a lot.

Note 2: ALL equipment is Harmon EXCEPT for the one base and the WCH e-bell.

Note 3: The reason behind the name is this road will take you to the water treatment plant. (It becomes private before entering the plant.)

Note 4: This crossing used to not be used too much however it is now becoming popular with people using these roads to cut traffic on busier roads BUT they can get a big surprise when the road is flooded.

 

Also people used to drag race on some of the streets in this area. This area can be peaceful at times, and other times not so much.
