This crossing spur is known as the Alkali Spur, because the street running parallel is called Alkali.

Note the weird font crossbucks. Otherwise, pretty simple crossing. The stop signs need to be there because there is a street running right next to the tracks. 4 is an East view. Note in picture 1, there is no crossbuck. Not good. 2 is an East view, with the Biddle Ave. crossing in the distance.
