This is a pretty interesting crossing. There used to be a pair of 8" signals since 1951, but one of the signals was taken out in 1977, and was replaced by the 8"/12"x20" cantilever signal you see.

The 1951 mast signal is a RACO signal with a US&S Teardrop mechanical bell. The 1977 cantilever is from the Western Cullen Division of Federal Signals (which later on became WCH). The lights, and the bell all belong to WRRS, and I've been told that WRRS 12"x20" lights are rare to find anywhere in the U.S.

From what I've been told, the teardrop bell rings at a slower speed than normal, while the WRRS bell is about at an average speed. You can see the signal activated in picture 5 for the 1225. Picture 7 faces North, while picture 8 faces South.
