This installation was put in 1995 after an upgrade from 2 gated mast signals. If you compare this to the CSX crossing (look at picture 2), the CSX crossing has crossbucks on the cantilever, which this one doesn't have any. Also, the rear lights are on the mast part of the signal, not on the gate, like the CSX crossing has.

 

Also, all lights are 12"x24" with two General Signals electronic bells. There used to be Safetran mechanical bells as of 2003, but I guess they just wore down, or GT wanted to get rid of them. The gate lights are 4" . Take a look at the tunnel on picture 3. I think that's cool. It's sure something you don't see in Arizona.

Also, the FRA says that Amtrak uses this crossing too, but as of April 2004, due to Amtrak cutting off service to Port Huron, Amtrak no longer uses this crossing.
