This is a weird crossing. Something is really wrong here. At this crossing, there's only one gate. At first I thought that both crossings (see picture 2) were connected as one crossing, but I've learned that they are not. I can see one General Signals electronic bell on the non-gated signal, and I learned that there is a second General Signal electronic bell on the gated signal, but it isn't visible. From what I've compared on this crossing, and the GT crossing, this must be a recent upgrade. Check why below. The lights here are 12"x24".
On the other crossing, there aren't crossbucks on the cantilever. Also, the rear lights on the mast lights aren't on the gate unlike the signal in picture 2. |
