This signal has to be one of the oldest on this GLC line. Protective shields cover all four 8" lights. This signal also has a US&S teardrop bell. All four lights are also made by US&S.

By the looks of pictures 5 and 6, these 20" discs have been here a long time to have the paint peeling off.

There's no explaination why there are side single lights on these signals, but I assume it's to tell the train that signals are working. They light up in a clear color when lit.

A close-up view of the teardrop bell with some slight paint peeling off.

Here's the other signal. These lights look like they're newer, mostly because they don't have any shield protection. The lights are WRRS with a RACO mechanical bell.

These signals stay activated and don't time out when a train is parked at the depot as shown in picture 16.

A look at the relay case. Looks a little narrow than most other relay cases look.

I wish I could've seen this personally. The 1225 sits parked just feet from the crossing, keeping the signals and bells going for a very long time. I sure wish I had an audio clip of this crossing, including the teardrop shown in picture 23.

Views of the other signal, and the 1225. You can see the sidelight is on in picture 29, but I wasn't told whether it flashes, or just stays on. Picture 31 shows just how close the locomotive is to the signal. I bet traffic had a fun time with these signals!

As you can see in pictures 20-34, the 1225 is always a big attention getter, attracting hundreds of people to ride it.
