This is quite a rare sight. I've never seen this kind of cantilever signal before. All lights are 8". The stop on red signals used to be white on black with the "marbles", and were replaced with modern signs in 1993. |

Picture 4 shows how the WRRS mechanical bells are mounted on these very old signals. Take a look at the rust on the 20" backgrounds. The lenses look cleaner though. The relay case in picture 5 looks more like an out house... |

A November 13, 2004 picture of one of the signals. The cantilever discs (background) appear to be pretty rusty, while the mast discs look to be newer. Anyway, this is a cool crossing. |
