These 8" signals look like they're in good shape. Too bad they've got 2 General Signals electronic bells though. |

On January 21, 2005, this semi-truck seen above stalled on the crossing. A train hit the truck at around 7:30 AM EST, and caused some slight damage to the signal seen in pictures 2 and 10. The mast was leaning at around a 160 degree angle, and the crossbuck was bent. Picture 10 shows the aftermath. Almost everything is the same as it was before the accident. There's a new crossbuck, and possibly a new mast. Compare pictures 2 and 10 at the base. They don't look the same. |
