The FRA says this crossing has gone defunct in 2009, I think it's for a grade-separating project.

The lights seen in pictures 1 and 4 are from GRS, and are LEX-C plastic lenses with 12"x20" frames.

 

Both electronic bells are General signals types that got put up in 1998. Also with the plastic lights, the backs of them also look strangely different too. Check picture 5 to see close-up.

 

Take a look at picture 3. The 12" lights have both 20" and 24" backgrounds.
