This pedestrian crossing is one of my favorite kinds. Picture 3 shows the visors missing from the lights. This is probably so that people won't get blinded by the bright lights when they look at them. Also, picture 3 doesn't have a bell (look at picture 1, they are the same signal). This is so that the bell audio isn't too loud.

 

The crossing is on a spur line that doesn't go very far SouthWest.
