It's hard to see, but there are actual crossing signals embedded in the trees in pictures 3 and 4. In the past, the traffic lights used to flash yellow for a side street, but they don't flash anymore. The lights on both signals are 8", and yes, the line is out of service. |
Here's another crossing out of service. That's probably why the crossbucks are turned to the side. |
