It seems like the FRA can't get any of these crossings right in Old Orchard Beach. The FRA says there are 5 gates and 2 bells at this crossing! I only see 4 gates and one bell!
According to the FRA, at one time, this crossing had 4 gates, 6 masts, and 6 canilevers with 2 bells. I just can't image all that in this tiny crossing, especially since it was downgraded to what it is now and there have been zero accidents.
This crossing has 2 gated signals with one mechanical bell. Everything, including the 12X20 clear LED lights is made by WCH.
Picture 4 is facing Northeast. Picture 5 is the Relay case, you can see a rail beam that has been removed from the line to the left of the relay case.
