Some snowy shots of this passive crossing on December 4, 2006.

Picture 2 faces SSW. Picture 3 faces NNE.

These pictures were taken on New Gloucester's first snowfall of the Winter season. The crossing used to be a dirt road around 1999 or 2000 with little traffic. It was upgraded to a paved road, and gets LOTS more traffic than it used to.

This crossing has been VERY lucky to not see any accidents. In fact, blackstorm18000@yahoo.com came very close to becoming the first accident. The visibility is very poor here. Signals need to get installed ASAP here!

On July 6, 2007, we find that Pan Am has left the crossing alone, and has not upgraded it yet.

In Picture 6, you see a train coming. There are no pictures of the train going across the crossing, although it did.
