In picture 11, a train is parked on a side track. In picture 13, the same train from the Morse Rd. crossing is coming towards the crossing.
The crossing was not caught in action, although the train did cross.

There are actually 2 DOT numbers for this crossing. If you follow the DOT numbers from neighboring crossings, you'd end up with 365073U, but the crossing was closed on September 4, 1975, and was an underpass back then.
I have reason to believe that this crossing replaced the underpass, because it's using a numbering system that doesn't follow a particular track correctly. Both crossings were only 0.01 miles apart according to milepost numbers on both crossings.
