This crossing is at the entrance to the Merry Meeting Plaza. All four signals are from WCH, even the one mechanical bell seen on the left signal in picture 1.

I don't know why this is marked as a private crossing. The FRA has this crossing marked as private as well! Maybe they've had too many loiters around?
