In Picture 2, you can see the Water Street crossing pretty clearly.
Pictures 3 and 4 face Westbound.
The right set of tracks seen in picture 2 only go a few feet before dead ending at the Water Street crossing.

Here's the Eastbound signals. The cantilever is on the left side this time.
The right signal has a WRRS mini-bell, and the lights are 8" GRS. The cantilever 8" lights and 12"x24" were made by Safetran. |

The FRA report only says that there's 1 cantilever, and 2 gateless signals for the Eastbound crossing only.
I have an idea on what the missing Westbound DOT number is, even though one doesn't seem to exist.
According to the FRA, the crossing (or possibly both) were created in 1983.
