This crossing is on the CRANDIC's Amana line, though IAIS is the predominant operator of the line.
The signal equipment is WCH. The bell is mechanical. The main lights are 12"x24" incandescent, the sidelights are 12"x20" incandescent.. There is also a 4" gate light on top of the Northbound signal.
I can't remember what year the signals were installed, but it was either 1999 or 2000. The crossing was passive before that.
