Facing West.
The Westbound signal.
An unusual way to show the DOT number.

 

This crossing is on the CRANDIC's Amana line, though IAIS is the predominant operator of the line.

 

The signal equipment is WCH. The bell is mechanical. The lights are 12"x20" incandescent. There is also a 4" gate light on top of the Eastbound signal.

 

I can't remember what year the signals were installed, but it was either 1999 or 2000. The crossing was passive before that. The FRA still lists this as a passive crossing.

The Eastbound signal. I never did figure out the reason behind the extra pair of lights. Definitely odd looking.
